15 1/2-oz can red salmon, drained
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c chopped pecans
2 tsp grated onion
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Set aside pecans and parsley. Mix all other ingredients together

2 c water
6 whole cloves
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
2 c pineapple juice
6 (3") sticks cinnamon
2 c orange juice
1/2 c lemon juice
Combine water, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and cloves in a large Dutch oven.
