Hi! I'd be interested in more Harry Potter trivia as well. I really hope
that a new trivia engine comes out that includes the seventh book!

Hi list:
Just wanted to make everyone aware that if you have jaws or window eyes and
vista you are unable to play fs 2002 while it is loaded. It is quite weird
but as I understand it from windows eyes and freedom scientific the mirror
part of the operating system disables features of the video car
You can get it from Ebay for $10

Hi Jim,
Yes, I was getting that error. I didn't really know what winkit did
until you explained it here on list. All I knew was that it had to be
installed, but I wasn't necessarily aware all the files had to be in the
exact same folder, or that Winkit linked all of the games together.
You see,
Hi Jim,
Well, the new and improved compatibility chart should appear in the
fall/winter release of the Audyssey mag.
By the way, just a question here. Why did you decide to make your own
custom launcher program like Winkit when it would have been probably
allot easier just to script an install w
Hi Jim,
Yeah, I am beginning to see the problem. The version of Jaws you have is
incompatible with allot of newer software. It won't work with the
Mozilla products like Firefox and Thunderbird which I like over Internet
Explorer and Windows Mail, it probably won't support Internet Explorer 7

Hi Kary,
The sound pack was made for an older version of Sound RTS which used wav
files. Later/newer versions of Sound RTS use ogg files. If you want to
use the sound pack on the latest Sound RTS you should be able to use
Gold Wave or Sound Forge to convert them to ogg with no problem. Then,

Hi,
Just a note about the Sidewinder. It is a great stick, but is no longer
being made by Microsoft so the only way to obtain one of those puppies
is to get it via ebay or similar reseller site.

Hi Scott,
Generally, for an all purpose joystick/game pad I would pick the Logitec

Hi. I've had great luck with the Microsoft sidewinder which is an older

for many games. Another good one is the Logitech flight sim joy stick

Hi Tristan and all,
FS Navigator and Microsoft Flight Sym are commercial products. Copying

Hi Michael,
Possably. Which version of DirectX are you running. Are you running the
stock DirectX 10 that ships with Vista, or have you installed a DirectX

Hi Mark,
Yes, they do. Installing them requires you to run the *install.exe files
as administrator, but as long as Winkit is installed prier to installing
your games they work fine under Vista.
