Hi Teresa: All of the Japanese audio games are for Windows PCs. Besides Windows they usually require a copy of NVDA as well as a couple of NVDA plugins to translate from Japanese to English. The best place to get information about them is the Audio Games forum at forum.audiogames.net. Cheers!
