Hmmm...I'm not sure such a joystick/game pad exists. Most of the ones
I have owned and seen usually have a mixture of big and small buttons.
For example, the Philips 2909 I mainly use on my laptop has seven
programable buttons on top plus the start and menu button which are
fairly small.

Though it pains me to praise Microsoft, the Xbox 360 pads are the best
designs I've seen in quite a few years. Enough buttons to cover almost
any eventuality, well pronounced spaces between them considering how
many there are, and all of the buttons triggers joysticks and d-pad
