While I was not sleeping last night it crossed what I call my mind a couple
of ideas for future recordings.
Version 5 could cover creating a batch file that would allow you to create
your backups just by hitting enter on it since all of the presets will be
hard coded. Version 6 could cover mod
I think that would be a nice addition to the set.

This is a good thing but I do not understand. I have this comcast email
account for about 18months and have not received one spam. This is wonderful
but I have no idea where it goes. I use wlm for my email and no spam has
come down. I just went to comcast.net to check my email folders and there

Does anyone know the difference between the address book, and the contacts

I currently have my most-used Outlook contacts in the address book, accessed

Hi Kelby,
Firefox makes an Add-on called, Copy as Plain Text, that you can install.
Removes formatting from copied text.
About this Add-on
Have you ever copy & pasted something into your
email
or
office
program and been annoyed that the text formatting (bold, font size, etc)
came with it? Don
Hi,
A resounding yes! You can do that in Firefox just as much as within IE. I
wanted to tell everyone that I am using the portable version of the latest
version of Firefox, running from my flash drive, and it works just as well
as the installed version of Firefox for what I do at least. I was a
Hi David,
I would be very interested in those recordings. My, that sounds so powerful;
just being to press a key.
I have been looking into this subject a lot lately, so it is wild that you
are doing these tutorials.
Take care,

Mike,
This is actually the opposite of what I'm trying to do. i am trying to
retain formatting when I copy from Firefox, but as of now JAWS will
not do this when in Firefox but will in IE.

As it pertains to preserving the format, under the virtual curser option in
the quick settings do you have it set to select and copy full content using

I need some of you big brains! I have an MS Word 2007 doc that is about 250
pages long. At some points when I write the text sometimes it appears in
the middle of a different paragraph from the one I am working on. This
happens often but it seems to be inconsistent. I am using JAWS 15. Any

Did you try exiting and returning to ff and performing the pasting action
again?
You can also press CTRL alt p if pasting into word where you can select the
option to paste as unformatted text.
I just tried both suggestions and all was well.
I hope you get it working.

Kimsan,
In MS Word 2010 that command is control-alt-v. Is it different in Word 2016,
which I think you use?
Kelby, I'm sorry my post was so short, but I was rushing. This ought to work
for you. As Kimsan explained, go into JAWS quick settings with JAWS key+v and

I'm so sorry, no it's the same. I typed "p" by accident each time.
I'm using 2016.
