In obedience to Betty Ann's email, I went to the revised by-laws on the www.interenationaloldlacers.org site, but can't seem to get past the first page. Is this just my ineptitude? Devon I was just now able to download the bylaws -- haven't had a chance to read them, but I did have all 20 pages.
