In Darwin/MacOS X, it is advantageous to be able to set a
custom library install path when embedding a library alongside or
in a path relative to it's calling binary application
This allows constructions such as:
@executable_path/lib
which is evaluated by dyld at runtime.

The attached patch fixes this issue by setting the duration of DV
packets to fields_per_frame.
Without this ffprobe reports packets as having duration=1, but all
dts:es are even (0, 2, 4, time_base=1/50) which confuses lavf.
