Nope :) In terms of what Flash has, they 10 added hardware bitmap compositing. Verdict is still out on how good it is in reality. Given our latest success with Smooth Streaming in IIS7, I wouldn't be discouraged by Flash 10's new toys as in the end..Flash is still Flash :D http://www.smoothHD.
