visit this
morning at 10:25 AM was too early since were only about 40 geese present. I
spent the intervals on Oil City Road where there also lots of geese, all
Canadas, and I found very few geese in surrounding areas.

Some birds along Hogtown Road were Blue-headed Vireo, Red-breasted Nuthatch,
Brown Creeper, Black-thr. Blue Warbler, Yellow-rumped W., Black-thr. Green W,
Blackburnian W. and, up at Hogtown (such as it is), Golden-crowned Kinglet and
Pine Warbler.

The 5 Black-bellied Whistling Ducks were resighted in Caughdenoy about 4 miles
NW of Brewerton on Monday evening but the birds soon left and were last seen
heading north. It's very unlikely that they are still in the area.
