Hi,
openssl x509 has a an option -extensions, which depends on the config file,
but it doesn´t have a -config option. Please add the -config option.
openssl ca does not have an -inform and -outform option yet.
openssl ca delivers DER encoding with spkac request and PEM encoding with
PKCS#10 req

It may be a reverse IP address lookup problem. The IP address of the hostname
has to return something "acceptable". I can't recall immediately wh
