two parts to this, first of all a minor bug fix update from 1.0.3 to
1.1.0, second adding the python3 flavor as discussed back in
December[1] now that all dependent ports have this flavor too. Tested
as a dependency for py-discogs-client on amd64, all tests passed, but
as noted when using
Maybe something is off in my ports tree, but net/syncthing's
man pages are installed to the top-level /usr/local/man folder,
as opposed to /usr/local/man/man{1,5,7}.
The attached patch should fix that.

Diff is mangled, there are spaces where there should be tabs.
