Seems like a lot of these polygon problems would be solved if we had an
option to display all polygon outlines/vertices. Just a checkbox on display
options.

Brad,
Try Select ALL , Move Select ( to another point). See if this frees up
you polygons. It has worked for me with polygons and other primatives I
could not edit.
And please Altium DO NOT MAKE Protel look and feel like Accel. If I
wanted Accel I wouldnt have returned it for a full ref
