Yeah, http://api.prototypejs.org/ will give you a good documentation about it. In my opinion the old interface (http://www.prototypejs.org/api) is much better and more cheerful. But a documentation of the native objects and their methods is also very helpful, see http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/def
