Martin,
I've downloaded the original session file attachment and opened it directly
from the laptop to test something. When I opened it before, it was after I had
opened the file from the HD system on the studio computer. I wanted to
eliminate any variables that might have influenced the outcom
Yes, I toggled it on and off and there was no difference in performance. I'll
try one more thing but I won't have a chance until later as I have a deadline
I'm trying to meet. Stay tuned.

The other thing I'm thinking you should do is contact Avid support as you have
a support plan. Maybe they can figure out why you're having issues.

Hi Martin,
I just opened the session on a laptop using the built-in output and there's no
problem with the session. Perhaps there's an issue with your drivers? I truly
have no idea what it is. It could be anything. I don't recall, have you gone
through all of the system optimization for the OS?

Hi Martin,
When a Pro Tools session is saved, the playback engine settings are saved along
with it. If you open on a different system and that same playback engine isn't
available, you get a dialog box that tells you what the previous playback
engine was and you have the option of either openin

Strange... The Playback Engine over here at office is my Fasttrack Duo and at
home it's set to my MBox Pro.
Where did you find the HD info?

Hi Martin,
well, right at the outset, I see that your session was saved with a playback
engine of HDMI. That means your Pro Tools system is using an HDMI output as the
main playback output. You really need to be using either a proper audio
interface or, at the very least, your built-in output bu
Hi Slau!
Thanks a lot for your help again.
After removing the Click II folder the problem still exists with the factory
preset.
My fault: I never went into the Click II plug-in window before.
Now I created a new session only with the click track for you.
I saved the session with the "off" "Enab
