I almost never use the priorities and I haven't seen people use
it much. I don't think adding another two are worth the trouble.

Are you sure TB! is minimized? If it's opened and running in the
background (behind some other window), it doesn't work.

Another thing: I just sent a test msg to myself and I selected
ISO-8859-1 as character set, but when I look at the headers of
the recieved mail it is set as us-ascii...
