I've looked at the sources, and it seems this function is broken
since ca. 2008. I didn't observed the source code history to the end
but fixed the problem in the current code base.
The new release 0.7.3 contains the fix.

What TN used to do is when we had 3 tabs open with 3 different connections and
we closed TN those 3 tabs would open up when we reopen TN5250. So for example,
we have 3 partitions, Main, Dev and web. The users used to open there TN and 3
tabs would open with signon

Technical background:
When "emul.startLastView" is set, but "emul.view" is empty, than it
will crash.
