In Gutsy Gibbon tribe 5, although the connection is correctly configured during
install, when booting Knetwork manager does not connect at sign in. This was
also present in Tribe 4 of Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon.
To connect I have to go into manual configuration, and select them

Sunbird is a calendar app. This has nothing to do with internet and it
can be perfectly used without an internet connection. The only thing it
has to perhpas with internet is that it can synchronize with other
calendar services over internet, but that does not make it belong to the
internet
