I'd like to note that somewhere along the way, the brightness broke
again, and one again cannot be controlled. However, booting off of a
live CD, I note that I am able to at least partially control it. I'm

I had a go at using PBUILDER to rebuild the ATI Driver under Ubuntu 7.10
and although it did elimiate the 64x64 Cursor Problem in the Top Left

- debian/samba-common.templates and changes under debian/po - Ubuntu had

When I configure 2 different keyboard-layouts in the GNOME keyboard
configuration panel, shortcuts in some applications start to behave very
weird: e.g. Ctrl-A quits the application. I think this is related to
