The best solution seems to be to blacklist the r8169 driver and use the

drivers (I'm using nvidia-current) but I think, there is a flaw in the
lock-mechanism.

Missing usbip kernel modules
Previous versions of the linux-image-generic package included the usbip
modules. The kernel package maintainers appear to have left it out in
oneiric. The modules were definitely included in linux-
image-2.6.38-11-generic.

With the switch to multiarch, aptitude seems also to get confused, so it
seems right now the safe workaround is to either use apt-get, synaptic
or gnome's update-manager to upgrade your system.
