I can confirm the same issue with Ubuntu 20.04 and the Nextcloud client
3.1.3-20210218.151938.3842d306f-1.0~focal1. It appeared after the update
from version 33-1 to 33.1-0ubuntu0.20.04.1.
It does not appear when I manuyll downgrade to 33-1.
The issue has been confirmed and fixed already upstream

the focal-updates repository from my sources, and therefore didn't get

AFAICS, this issue currently breaks Ubuntu Bionic LTS completely for
non-technical users running Lxde (e.g. Lubuntu) who regularly apply
updates (as recommended) without a simple work-around being available.

I am/was affected by this bug (or at least the same symptoms) on a Dell
XPS 13 9343. It got resolved by updating the BIOS from version A15 to
version A20. I got the idea from reading the comments at

which may be related to this.
I did some research. In fact GRUB2 is unable to load under these
conditions:
* booting with BIOS (not UEFI)
* Nvidia graphics adapter
* usage of display port

Is the boot order in BIOS correct? Needs to boot to the MBR where GRUB is
pointed to.

ASUS PB27U 4k monitor connected via display port
The monitor allows to select DP1.1 (30Hz@4k) and DP1.2 (60Hz@4k) via
OSD. With DP1.1 computer bo
Tested with 0.38.1-2ubuntu3.2. It disables the service and after reboot
it's no longer running, so the upgrade path also looks fine now

Yes, the systemd user service file is the one from upstream, but for
some reason it gets enabled automatically and globally in the user
session (/etc/systemd/user/default.target.wants)
Fedora doesn't do that, at least to my knowledge

`vim 'A123$B123#asdasd'`.
I am using bash, but the problem also happens in zsh if I enter
`A123\$B123\#`, hit tab, enter `<` and than hit tab again. It does not
