require root privs. Fundamentally, this is insecure and automatically
adding users to groups and so on doesn't change this. Short of finding

reports there seems to be some confusion -- Intrepid featured a major

passwords in an encrypted keyring. Your password is the decrypt token.
I assume you've enabled pam_keyring in common_auth, which recieves the
password you type at GDM and starts the keyring manager with enough

working with the latest release then upstream should be able to better
help you. Their preference seems to be to write the mailing list
