As per my comment #7, the bug is 95% solved just a small issue remaining. The
annoying message that appear on /var/log/messages when I press the LED button

Well, the reason the LED color is working is due to me compiling the
latest alsa snapshot which fixed the problem partially

OK, thanks for testing. That demonstrates that with this patch you now
get two mute events (one from the original 0xA0 code, one from the new
0x94), so we shouldn't apply that patch to the udev keymaps.
For the LED issue I reassign to the kernel.

/usr/share/doc/udev/README.keymap.txt, steps 1 and 3, to find the input
device for your keyboard, and which scan codes it produces? Please try
that with and without my patch.

However, your kernel complains about an unknown key. I can fix the key
to be recognized as mute key.
