I think there is not hosted-engine configuration on the node, but I have backup
of hosted-engine config files from node only, not a real hosted-engine backup,
I also have access to the engine gluster vol it ran on. Can I combine
hosted-engine config files from node and the engine vm gluster data

I used the cluster upgrade feature that moves hosts in maintenance one by
one.
This is not a HCI cluster, my storage is on iSCSI multipath
I managed to fully upgrade the 1st hosts after rebooting and fixing some
network/iSCSI errors.
However, now the second one is stuck at upgrading the ov
after restarting the service i can upload the iso to storage domain but the daa
not getting transferred, immediately the iso status become OK without data
transfer.

recently upgraded ovirt engine to latest 4.4.6.8-1.el8 but unfortunately
ovirt-imageio-proxy service has failed after upgrade. unable to upload iso,
vdisks to the storage domains.
need help on this, I beleive this is on going issues but hopefully can be
fixed with workaround

It may be caused by the edk2-ovmf package, have you tried downgrading that
