[389-devel] Updates to 389-ds docker

Sorry it took a few days, there was a delay with some other stuff at suse.

With Matus' comments, I have linked the dockerfile on the hub repo, but we 
could change the build process if it really causes issues. 

You can find the images here. I've taken the RC flag off them, but I still want 
feedback from people from using these in anger. I'm probably going to redeploy 
my home 389 to these images today/tomorrow to get some mileage on them. 

Any other testers or feedback welcome!

At what point do we say they are "mass-usable" to the public?

Right. And if it's a test for a feature/bug fix that's not present in older
versions, please mark it as xfail based on the DS version (for example
https://pagure.io/389-ds-base/c/99f1131226b40e3d385cca66b2b35d5ea8cee582 ).
