I still cannot update my licence!
I am trying to open a database in v12. Never had a problem before, but now
it shows no licences for that version and I can't get into the Design mode.
When I go to Update Licence, enter my un and pw and click Next, after a
short wait I get "The connection failed".
This has been going on for about a week and it is now URGENT!!! I need to
get into that database!

The worst of it is that trying to log in in the application crashes 4D with a 
dialog stating 'You can identify yourself ..." which will not dismiss

Just a heads up to anyone trying to register a 4D product or access our online 
services -

The ISP @ our French Headquarters is doing a scheduled maintenance that started 
20 minutes ago and is planned to last another 4 hours 10 minutes. During this 
time frame, some of our services will be unreachable or have limited 
functionality:

The following sites may be unavailable:
