http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/SC-directs-govt-to-frame-policy-for -compensation-to-disable-rape-victim/articleshow/50944754.cms SC directs govt to frame policy for compensation to disable rape victim | TNN | Feb 11, 2016 NEW DELHI: Twenty years after a blind girl was subjected to rape by a married man under false pretext of marrying her, the Supreme Court on Thursday came to her rescue and directed Chhattisgarh government to pay compensation of Rs 8000 per month for rest of her life. Expressing deep concern over the plight of the 37-year old lady who was deserted by her family members after the incident, a bench headed by Justice M Y Eqbal said that government must frame uniform policy to grant relief. Chhattisgarh government's counsel Atul Jha consented that state was committed for rehabilitation of the lady who was facing hardship to make her both ends meet. The court also upheld conviction of the man who had sexually exploited her on the false pretext of marriage and sentenced him to undergo seven years of jail term. Hi, Nvda has a setting called report dynamic content changes, I think there's something similar in jaws but i'm not sure. Basically, what you're looking for is speaking when the text in the window changes. Alternatively, yeah, do what he said, write your script in a text file and use print statements so you don't have to use the interpreter. Re: [AI] Formulate Uniform Victim Compensation Scheme for Victims of Sexual Assaults; SC [Read Judgment]
“Indisputably, no amount of money can restore the dignity and confidence that the accused took away from the victim. No amount of money can erase the trauma and grief the victim suffers. This aid can be crucial with aftermath of crime.”, If this is the case, what kind of punishment should be given to the rapests? because, the rape victums are looseing their lifes but, rapests will come out of the jailsafter 14-years are so and they are living happily. this is same with normal woman also. I feel compromising both parties to marriage and money compensation is not a justice to the victums. with the increase of laws in the society the crimes are also increased rapidly, particularly rape crimes are high in compare to murders. so, keeping society in mind the rape should treat equilent to murder and the rapests should be given life imprezonment or they should be hanged. if anybody respond to this, what could be right punishment for rapests? [AI] Blu ray disc and DVD burning accessible software
Hi all, Hope you all are doing fine. Can you please suggest me a good Blu ray and DVD burning accessible software? One of the main features that I look for in the burning software is the automatic detection of the files modified and the inclusion of additional new files in folders previously burnt on the disc. What I mean by that is, I take regular weekly back ups of my important data on blu ray discs and dvds. So for example if I burn a folder named, " My important documents" on a blue ray disc, and during the week I make changes in some files, and create new files under this folder in my computer, I would want the burning software to automatically detect the modified files and the new files to be backed up the next time I insert that blue ray disc into my computer and run the burning software for backing up. I hope I am able to explain my requirement. So please suggest a good and accessible blu ray and dvd burning software, Looking Forward to your valuable inputs, Sincere regards, Rishi. Re: [AI] list of textual descriptions of guitar chords
Potentially useful bit of trivia: Bar chords aren't particularly hard. I mean they're hard to actually do because you have to spread out your fingers, but they're conceptually easy to understand. You just lay out your index finger vertically so that it covers all strings and distribute the 3 remaining fingers to the specified frets. As I said, easy to understand but hard to actually do. Re: [AI] list of textual descriptions of guitar chords
Hi Amit Sir, Actually, what I was originally requesting for was a different website, which was sent by you I believe long ago on another e-group, which surprisngly enough I quickly found by searching my archives. I visited that website, which for others' reference is http://www.craypoe.com/guitar/index.html, but it wasn't making much sense to me due to the complicated methods of describing the chords. I am glad I asked all the same, because this page seems to describe chords in a much more straightforward and easy to understand way, by giving a string by string position explanation for each chord. The Majors and Minors will help me straightaway, though I don't theoritically understand the Dominant 7s and Diminished chords fully yet, but then barchords are left to learn too, and that is a a different story altogether... Re: [AI] Blu ray disc and DVD burning accessible software
This may be overkill in your specific case (probably, this will really really be overkill), but you could use a version control thing likegit. If the folder only contains, say, text files and not binary data, you can just do git init git add . git commit -m "initial commit" Then, you just copy that folder to the disk. After a week, you do again git add . git commit -m "Backup of " git push / More information here: http://git-scm.com Again, this might be overkill for you, but as a coder that was the first solution that came to mind. Hi, Could you elaborate some, please? i'm not really sure what you mean by title styles. Re: [AI] How to remove title style
Hi Shyam, 1. Select the text from which you want to remove the style. 2. Navigate to the styles pane and arrow around until you find the "clear all" option and activate it by pressing the enter key. 3. Alternatively, if you want to get rid of all the formatting from that bit of text, there is a button labeled "clear all formatting" under the font group in the ribbon. Activate it by hitting the enter key or the space bar when focused on it. Note: The above instructions apply to Word 2016 but you should be able to use them for earlier versions of word. The procedure is the same but the options may be differently labeled. [AI] How to remove title style
Dear members, while preparing a document we often give titles, which are of title 1, or title 2 style. My query is that without removing the actual title, if I just want to remove the title style, then how can I do so? Please guide. I am raising this doubt because sometimes the same title-style gets continued for the rest of the matter as well. Thanking you, yours, Professor Shyam M.
