differently-abled students, HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said on

Underlining his priorities, he said after assuming charge he received
requests from many universities to attend convocation ceremonies but

Lavishing praise on university Chancellor Jagadguru Rambhadracharya,
he said despite not having the gift of sight, he managed to create
this varsity which
has given high-quality higher education to thousands of
differently-abled students.

In his speech Rambhadracharya said he had run the varsity for several
years now and it was time for it to be turned into a central
university.

You will have to approach the judiciary. 
Even the judiciary has an administrative role and a judicial role. 
You will be seeking orders from the judiciary against its administrative
action. 
Many such cases are pending in various High Courts. Sorry, don't know what

dear list members i searched if i can find newspapers in
sugamyapustakalaya but could not find any newspaper. i request the
website team to speak to the publishers and make all the newspapers
accessible to visually impaired persons. i completed registration
successfully and downloaded few books i wish there will be a rapid
increase of books in future. thanks to the effort of dfi team.

friends, wouldlike to know why my android handset gets warm? sometimes it gets 
vary warm inspite of not connecting to a charger.do I need to show a 
specialist? I  am afraid I may loose all contacts  and saved messages.by the 
way I have moto e. please guide.
