Thank you Mahendra and Mangal. Yes, I'm aware of the gravity of this issue
and how many people are impacted by it. This piece was a small step to
highlight the problem, but consistent advocacy needs to be done for those
in power to take notice and intervene in the implementation process.
Policies and decisions are taken in air conditioned rooms by officials who
are disconnected from the ground level challenges of rollout and the
benefits reaching the last mile user.

series .

Solution

1) Update Driver..
2) make format / restore still same issue
3) installed separate ssd for operating system existing drive may be used
for storage purpose.

Exactly! what I said earlier. If you want to update the drivers of your 
lattop, then, press windows button with I Letter & followed by End button. 
Press Tab & click on update button. After some time, press Tab Again. If you 
find Obtional Updates there, then, give checkmark on each update & press 
"Download & Install button."After the completion of installation of drivers, 
restart your laptop.

Hi access Indians,
I want to bring to everyone's notice the inaccessibility of the website of
Maharashtra for 11th admission.
website link https://11thadmission.org.in
After creating your login id, for logging in to the website, you have to
solve a captcha which is only visual.
There is no audio challenge.
This makes us dependent on our sighted friends or family.
In general as well, the website doesn't seem to have been made with
accessibility in mind.
Examples are difficult to use dropdown menus or text boxes that the
screen reader doesn't read.
Hope anyone specialised will look into this.
