Re: [AI] Disability Inclusion: How far are we from a Sugamya and Saksham Bharat?

2021-08-27 Thread vivek doddamani
Now a days most forms for Government employment one has to fill form
through online process and most of them have to depend on Syber Cafe
where they charge at least Rs.200/ to Rs.300/, most of the Physically
Disabled persons are not so economically good, nearly 95% of Disable
persons in India are economically not so good so how can they afford
filling online forms every month, this is also one of the main issue
where one should look in.

[AI] Application format required for applying railway smart card from DRM office

2021-08-27 Thread faizal K A
Hi Everyone,

Today I made railway concession certificate from my District hospital.
And now I am looking for the specific application format to submit in
DRM office for railway smart card along with other relevant documents.
I got one format from
https://divyangjan-rail.in/
But it was in Hindi. I am looking for English format. Because last
time one of my friend submitted other language format and railway
issued card for him in Tamil. And because of this whenever he wants to
use the card and book the ticket, he has to type his name in Tamil
only. So, to avoid this I required English format.

Can someone tell me from where I can download English format. Or if
someone has kindly sent to me.

Thanks and Regards.

Re: [AI] Disability Inclusion: How far are we from a Sugamya and Saksham Bharat?

2021-08-27 Thread shruti pushkarna
Thank you, Kota Prabhu.

Yes Vivek, that's a fair point, why can't they have a door to door service
for UDID as well. But everything gets lost between the Centre and State
blaming each other for inadequacies. There is an urgent need to treat
disability as a cross-cutting issue and not simply see PwDs as a minority.
