Maybe I am answering late.

I use ms office picture manager for such cases.

Press application key on the jpg file and choose open with option.

Then open it with office ms picture panager.

It will open the picture edit open window. Go to Picture menu, resize 
submenu.


It will open a self-explanatory dialogue box. Select a smaller percentage 
for resizing and hit ok.


Save it with a different name and check the size from file details.

Normally, 120/120 pixel photo needs 14 kb.

Avinash, you can pay your credit card bill through paytm also, I am

Hi,
Use Google Drive from browser via https://drive.google.com
Assuming you use JAWS follow the below steps
1. Login to Google Drive via your gmail id
2.Turn of Virtual pc cursor using Insert+Z
3. Press letter G and then letter N. It will toggle tree view mode in drive
4. All the items present in google drive will show in My Drive
Press right arrow on my drive and using up or down arrow move to the
desired sub-folder
5. On the required sub-folder press letter A. It will open context
menu which will contain all the required options.

 Today I have to send out a whole bunch of pictures and videos to
 somebody,
 which I have managed to upload from my WhatsApp through the iPhone.
 Now,
 how do I send somebody the link? This particular account of Google
 Drive
 has many other things as well.

 I noticed somewhere that I could create a new folder, but, how to get
 all
 of this into the folder? Each time I open the action menu attached to
 every
 upload, it seems like that particular picture disappears. It has always
 completely confused me.

 Any help on accomplishing this task, and sending out the link
 successfully
 will be really helpful. I have to do it today at the earliest possible.
 I
 would prefer suggestions to do this on the phone, rather than the
 laptop,
 if possible.

That’s could a good way, but I need the photo size, which should be between 10 
KB to 20 KB. Via WhatsApp, the photo doesn’t get smaller more than 100/200 KB.

via task manager  in that way, it will not run when the  system

How are the DRO acquiring the physical cards? Is the Govt. handing over the 
physical cards to the DRO or are the DROs downloading the softcopy card from 
the site and distributing the laminated printouts? Useful to know.

In Tamilnadu, UDID card application was streamlined in DRO offices.
Initially it was taking years to get even the online card generated, but as 
someone suggested, it hardly takes few weeks now. Also, DRO staff are 
distributing physical cards all over the state by utilizing the SSA staff of 
each district. However the district welfare officer of my district was saying 
yesterday that although the card was largely distributed across the state, it's 
usage has not yet come in to effect. So there's so much of communication gap 
between various governmental bodies in terms of the UDID card and it's usage.
