Re: [AI] a query regarding car driving

2024-01-01 Thread Satguru Rathi

Hi,
E-Vehicles are still in initial stage and many cities do not have the
charging infrastructure ready and even if some do have, charging is
quite expensive compared to Petrol/CNG unless you plan to install the
charging station at home which in your case might not be feasible as you
live in rented accommodation. Further, they are costly. as per the MT
and AMT is concerned, new models also come with manual transmission as I
myself have bought one last year and AMT is not everyone's cup of tea as
it requires much more efforts and concentration on the driver's part.

Many blind persons unfortunately and unknowingly create such impression.

I am raising a controversial topic here but this is my observation.

Wife can be the driver, the husband should be treating her as a
partner or companion and if she want to take up any other thing such

well. People around you should be able to see that she has a

Hi,

I think you don’t need to feel anxious about learning driving. In
fact, you should appreciate your wife’s willingness to learn driving.
If she’s able to cook well, she can very well learn driving. Its just
a skill like cooking and reading.

Literacy level should not be a problem since sign boards and signals
don’t require even reading skill.

Taking others suggestion,

 1. Enroll your wife in a good driving school,
 2. Purchase a preferably second-hand but good-condition car,
 3. And get it registered it in your name!
