Re: [AI] accessible equipment to make tea and coffee

2024-03-30 Thread ishan sangi
Hi there,
I am 100% VI and I've been living away from home for the past 5 years and
this guide is based on my personal experience using an induction cooktop to
make coffee and tea.
I also have completed mybasics of cooking course from NIVH now known as
NIEPVD

Choosing an Induction Cooktop:
• Look for models with push buttons instead of touchscreens.
• Choose one with a large cooktop surface to easily place your pan in the
right direction.
• Make sure it has audible feedback through beeps or sounds for temperature
changes and other functions.
Here's how I use my induction cooktop:
1. I pour water into a pan and place it on the cooktop (without turning it
on yet).
2. Then, I turn on the cooktop.
3. I switch it to manual mode.
4. I set the temperature to the lowest setting and slowly increase it as
needed. My cooktop beeps as I adjust the temperature.
5. Once the tea or coffee is ready, I carefully pour it into a mug.
My Mug Recommendation:
I find beer mugs (available at stores like D-mart) very helpful. They have
a wide opening and handle, making it easier to pour liquids without
spilling.
Important Safety Tip:
Especially when you're first getting started, I highly recommend using the
induction cooktop under the supervision of a parent or someone who can see.
Price Range:
• Induction cooktops: ₹1,000 - ₹2,000
• Beer mugs: ₹99 - ₹299 (I found mine for ₹99 with a 400ml capacity)
Additional Notes:
• Be patient when using cookware with handles.
• Consider buying your induction cooktop from a physical store for easier
selection with help.
• Always prioritize safety when using any cooking appliance.
Do you have any questions?
Feel free to contact me at +91-772-8841-246 if you need any suggestions or
help.
Regards,
Ishan Jain

Re: [AI] accessible equipment to make tea and coffee

2024-03-30 Thread sagar Verma
Consider purchasing electric kettle. You can purchase the Bajaj. It costs
8-900 rupees, if I'm not mistaken. That's what I use to make my black
coffee and tea. Specifically, I usually have green tea. And black coffee,
morning post-workout. It's fairly usable. In fact, the kettle helps me
perform other tasks. Though I know how to use the stove as well.

2024-03-30 Thread minalsinghvi
Hello Aman,
There are numerous companies like Girnar offering ready-to-drink pouches. You
simply need to boil water and add one pouch per cup. They offer a variety of
options such as ginger tea, masala tea, coffee, and kada. I often use these
while traveling, and sometimes I also use their soups as well.

Hi all! I am desired to make tea and coffee at my own. But problem is that, my
parents do not allow to do this on the gas stove due to my 100% vision
impairment, while anyone argue with them as much as possible. That’s why I need
information about any alternate option, like any accessible equipment to make
tea and coffee, so I can do this seamlessly without facing any issue. Please
suggest me any alternate option to do this. One more thing, someone asked about
coffee machine several months before, then someone suggested him for Tata
chroma branded for the same. I want to know that, may I also make tea in that
coffee machine, and also tell me the exact model of that product. Thanks.

Re: [AI] Unlock the World of Braille: Enrol in Vision Aid's Basic Braille Program!

2024-03-30 Thread Payal Jethra
Dear Vision Aid’s team,

Thank you for the opportunity to brush up on basic braille reading writing
skills.

Would like to share feedback though. The course concluded on January, 19th
2024 and was informed about the refund amount and certificate both of which
are yet to be received. There was a request to share bank details for
online transfer of the amount initially paid as refundable fees for those
attending regularly.

We are now at the end of March and there has been no communication from the
team on this. Request that the team keep these pointers in mind for future
courses.

Warm regards,
Payal Jethra

Try accessing the programs folder by typing appwiz.cpl in the run dialog
box. You can then access all apps installed on your PC. Pressing enter
on any of them would bring the uninstalation dialog.
