There is a script available for a screenreader.

The informations about the script and its installation are bellow: :

To use the scripts, it is necessary to have the extension Tampermonkey

sekend is for opening new file.
when you open softwear pres controal + o.
find your epep file pres enter  on that file.
then pres tab ke you find like
[Library content multiselect list box].
your added file is there pres enter on file.
you can now read by pressing down arrow
and other navigation kees.
swiching by chapter vies pres shift tab when afther open that file.
 you find table of content treview
if you not getting this option
