[AI] How to alphebetically arrange mails in MS Outlook
Folks: I use WinXP with MS Outlook (2003) at work. One of the problems I face -besides managing a large number of mails- is that I don't know how to alphabetically arrange the mails. While Outlook automatically arranges the mail, it suddenly becomes jumbled up and I have huge difficulties in getting to the mail of my choice. How do we address this? There are several ways, but no way to arrange in alphabetic order. Nme of the sender. If I press the first letter of the name I straight go to that mail, which saves the pressing of up and down arrows.
