Exactly! what I said earlier. If you want to update the drivers of your
lattop, then, press windows button with I Letter & followed by End button.
Press Tab & click on update button. After some time, press Tab Again. If you
find Obtional Updates there, then, give checkmark on each update & press
"Download & Install button."After the completion of installation of drivers,
restart your laptop.

Hi all,

Hope everyone is safe and fine?

Well, an issue that I'd addressed in the mail few months back seems to
be unresolved even after trying to follow the solutions given by few
of you on the group.

I'd tried following things but I'm still facing the same problem:-

1. Someone said that it could be keyboard issue, so I'd got my
keyboard change just couple of days back.

2. Someone else was suggesting if it could be a virus giving trouble ,
to that I'd installed quick hill sometimes back.

3. I'd 2 JAWS installed i.e. JAWS 2019 and JAWS 2020 of which JAWS
2020 was recently installed, thinking that it is what is matter in
question, I just uninstalled it yesterday...

I'm not able to understand what would be the exact difficulty, and its
really troublesome while working on some important documents. Would
really appreciate if somebody could help in this matter?
