Hello there, this is a very peculiar NvdA issue which fortunately can be fixed very easily. Go to run, type cmd and hit ctrl+shift+enter. then hit the yes button. you would have command prompt running with administrator privileges. Then type this command exactly as it is: for %x in (c:\windows\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32 /s %x and hit enter. it will change some settings in the registry by re-registering the components in the system32 folder hence it would take some time, but after that the issues you're facing would be fixed. Hi Fen, If it is 20H2 you are saying, then your windows is not up to date. The latest version is 21H1 as far I know. I was under the same misconception a few months back. I did everything to solve the problem, like reinstalling NVDA, running a debug and reinstalling Chrome as well. However, I found out that I was not on the latest version. You can use windows 10 update assistant to update your system. if you can't see the new version in the settings.
