Vamshi, Upcoming/future Samsung devices wont get the talkback support from the google. Hi everyone, TalkBack is there in Samsung devices because, my mother is using galaxy m30 s & I have checked it out. to turn on talk back for that you have to go first in the settings within the settings go to the accessibility within the accessibility go to the installed services and within the installed services you will get TalkBack. hello there, as per my understanding, I have been using galaxy m21 from past two months. talkback is not available in the samsung devices by default. what you have to do is that, to install it from the playstore externally. the thing to remember is that you have to search it as "Android Accessibility suit" instead as talkback. it is a package of accessibility features now and not just a screan reader. it includes talkback as well.
