Press Insert+f10 to reach Window List. Here, you can see how many programs are running. click any of these & press Alt F4. Again, press Insert f10 and repeat the same process as you performed before. Once you find no program in Windo list. Press Alt F4, choose Shut down option with the down arrow use Tab to move Ok button. Hit Enter here. try to close all active programm s. focus on desktop then press alt +f4 key then shutdown and press enter. if this doesn't work for some reason then use following method. close all active programs. then press window key +l then use tab key till you hear power button. then press spacebar then use down arrow key and find shutdown option and press enter.
