Dear friends, Now a days I am facing problem with my internet explorer. While working it gives following message: Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close. The following add-on was running when this problem occured: File: flash8b. ocks company name: macromedia inc When this problem occurs I fail to open any cite. Please help me out this problem. I don't think reinstalling Kurzweil will solve the problem. As far as my experience goes, it is a permanent problem between kurzweil and fine reader. Kurzweil does not open any file scanned from fine reader and saved in MS word format. So, saving it in text format and opening it with Kurzweil appears to be the only solution.
