Re: [AI] is there any computer training for blind girl in Delhi?
Dear Shona, Yes, Sarthak also provides computer training to VIs and is trying to place VIs in the private sector too. But Sarthak does not have hostel facility. If she can look for accomodation in Delhi, she can go for it. she can also get the training inBangalore-based EnAble India and Mitrajyothi. EnAble India does not have hostel facility, but they can help her in getting a PG and Mitrajyothi has hostel facility. You can contact EnAble India on 080-42823636 and Mitrajyothi on 080-22587623. Re: [AI] is there any computer training for blind girl in Delhi?
Dear Shona, I hope you would have informed her about various trainings like training in stanography, Hindi typing on manual type writer and computers by AICB. AICB has hostel facility too for it's trainees. To get into any of the course, she needs to clear the entrance test which generally is conducted in the last week of July every year. AICB is also into the placement of VIs into the government sector. Since she wants to get into the government sector, I think this information should help her. There she too can avail volunteer facility on request for preparing competitive exams. I personally would suggest her to prepare well for the entrance.
