Hi Friends,
Kindly tell me the criteria to select the scribe. Is there any
criterias for scribe ? I have one of my cousin completed BE. Can I use
him as scribe ? or is there any criteria like scribe qualification
should be lower than mine. In online application its mandatory to
enter the scribe details. Kindly guide me so I can complete my online
application process.

I would like to highlight 1 more thing on this issue
actually, i am multy disabled, i have a problems with my hands as well my vision
in this case, which 1 i have to choose
there is no option like 2 arms or some thing

please guide me in this matter

dear sankkar i think so railway wont allow multiple disabled person.
you just enquire about your issue.  as one of my friend is multiple
disable eventhough he was passed in written test but he was rejected
in medical exam.

Shocking factor is the candidate is asked to give the details of the
scribe including photo and signature in advance while applying online.
While the exam date is yet to announce, how could one confirm the
scribe almost a month before?

Could somebody guide me as to what shall be done if there is a change
in the scribe? Does RRC allow the same?

There they have asked extent of disability 40 to 100% blind and 40 to 100% low 
vision.

Now, what is 40% low vision, and 100% low vision, and how do we distinguish 
from 40% blind and so on with all variants of percentage in between?

Don't take me wrong, these all are  my genuine curiosities for a student of 
mine who can see something and has got a 40% certificate but  is confused 
whether she is low vision or blind...
