[AI] strange problem in HP laptop
dear members, There is a strange problem in HP G6-2006AX laptop I am using lisence win7 home basic 64 b, jaws 14 1. Insert+F11 speaker mute rather than showing system tray. 2. In IE insert+F7 no link list showing 3. Right alt+F4 nothing is happning inffact jaws is saying alt+control+F4. With right alt menu is not coming. No probs with left alt. i reinstall jaws 2-3 times. Hi sir, Try using it with NVDA. and if the same problem persists then, The quick keys or hot keys need to be turned off from it's bios. You will have to refer to it's user manual for bios settings and then a sighted person will be asked to do so. regards. Dear friend, Did you try these keystrokes on an external keyboard? If the keystrokes are not working on an external keyboard, check the Quick set of your laptop. If it is turned on, turn it off. The problem must be resolved after this.
