hi, actually, when you are using the jaws or any other screen readers, the alt ctrl arrow keys may not work for you. hence, what I would like to suggest is, for example, if you are using jaws, 1st press insert and 3 which will be on number row. then use alt ctrl right, left, up and down arrow keys to rotate the screen. note: when you are trying to rotate the screen, Please make sure that, you have sighted friend with you. hope this helps. Hi Sangeetha, Thank you for resolving my problem. I did as you said and the problem was solved. Thank you again. I have another quiery. i.e., the display in my lap top often gets upside down and it is very much annoying for the sighted people when they see it, it makes no difference to me though. Re: [AI] strange problem in gmail
Hi Renuka mam, Please try these: Q1. when I open my Gmail, instead of the user name field, it directly goes to the inbox Please cleared the browser cash Command Shift +Control +Delete then Enter, then refresh the Browser (press F5) and see hopes you could see your Gmail Login page as usual. Q2: problem does not exist in any of other computers. Generally, Mail password/Browser Cookies connected issues could be solved once you cleared the Browser Cash, in case this remains please run “C cleaner” or clear the Temporary files in your system. Q3: facing a strange problem in navigating through the emails Here, I think your Gmail may switched to Standard mode, please take it back to “Basic HTML Mode” by pressing “Basic HTML Button” then set it as default by using “Set Basic Html as default”. In Standard mode, you may not get all the Browser support to use Gmail with JAWS. Q4: signed out and tried to reopen the Gmail, but the user name field is not being displayed. Once you Signed out , Please check is there any links “Sign in with different account”, use this, give your user id and then followed with password. Please let’s know this resolved your issue or not, else we will dig in this …. Hi friends, I am facing a strange problem in navigating through the emails from yesterday in my lap top. i.e., when I open my gmail, instead of the user name field, it directly goes to the inbox without typing the user name and password. But, the real problem is that, the navigation is not possible with the short cut commands. (x and u) I signed out and tried to reopen the gmail, but the user name field is not being displayed. Only the password field could be seen and I am unable to type the user name. I closed the gmail and reopened, but, the earlier problem of going directly to the inbox persists. Any solution?
