hi, intel hd graphics is free to download. just google it. download the bluestack setup and run it. then it will show the suggestions that it need to work. if the installed version is outdated it will automatically update it. try to run the setup first. I'm having core I3 first generation with integrated Intel HD graphics I'm able to run bluestacs. Intel HD is the graphic Processing Unit. This is because the application has been only designed for Touch Screen Smartphones running Android.
