If I apply one patch, the other one refuses to apply itself. I'm applying the
first one to see if there's any difference

None of the INT34Bx device is enabled on your machine (my patch must have no
effect on anything).

P.S. It's not related directly to the issue here, but can you check if it makes
any difference?

(Usually we run `grep -H 15 /sys/bus/acpi/devices/*/status` to see what the
devices are enumerated via ACPI by BIOS)

Neither the BIOS or manual have any setting regarding ACPI.
