I totally agree with you. No way to create test google account in order to 
create/manage test campaigns.
Google API has issues in this that need to be addressed.

Thanks for the reply.
1. But these fields are available on the UI, hence must be getting 
persisted in backend somewhere with relation to the CampaignID, AdGroupID, 
or AD_ID. On UI we can see the values in AdGroup -> Ad content and must be 
available in the GET API, hence it must be available in POST API.
2. There must be an object or a field that carries this info, may not be 
available in GoalOptimizedShoppingAds but must be linked to parent Ad, 
Parent AdGroup or Parent Campaign Object.

May you please check in the backend where these values are getting saved so 
that the same can be used in APIs.

Sorry that we don't have the guide for image assets for Google Ads API yet, but

The attached document may serve as reference. Data from the csv are came 
from the UI and manually downloaded. This shows that between account cost 
and account region cost has differences and also account keywords may 
observe differences. if you dont mind do check the account cost and cost 
region of
F45 - F45 - Invest Malaysia / Asia for there is huge differences  23252.21 
account cost and region cost 9357.74.

Set negative keywords for account level and campaign level

Hi,

I'm using *adwordsv201809*

I'm recently working on adding negative keywords to both account level and 
campaign level.

I know how to add at group-level: Use *NegativeAdGroupCriterion *and talk 
to *AdGroupCriterionService*

After some investigation, I wonder whether it is really similar for both 
account level and campaign level.

Campaign level: Use *NegativeCampaignCriterion *and talk to 
*CampaignCriterionService*

Account level: Use *CustomerNegativeCriterion* and talk to 
*CustomerNegativeCriterionService*

I did search for some related posts but all of them are either outdated or 
no-access to me.

Really appreciate it if could be shown some code examples and 
clarifications.

Please find my response to your queries below.

To authorize using a service account, please refer to this guide or detailed 
steps and information related to the same. We strongly recommend using OAuth2 
installed app or web flow instead of service accounts unless you need a 
domain-specific feature (for example, impersonation). OAuth2 installed app and 
web flows do require an initial user interaction for granting access to the 
account, but are much simpler to set up. You need to implement the code set up 
on your end to make calls using service accounts.

For another issue, could you please share the complete request and response 
logs along with the client customer id or me to investigate the error on my end 
and assist you better?

The resource name for the ClickConversion is not required while creating a new 
ClickConversion and the rest of the fields are required until specified they 
are optional in the documentation.

Thank you for the update. Could you please clarify what API implementation 
service you’re referring to? Are you trying to implement BudgetOrderService? If 
so, BudgetOrderService is used for creating budget orders and is available on a 
whitelist basis only and currently not supported for test accounts. 
BudgetOrderService is available for production accounts via whitelisting.

Hi Christian,

Thank you for the update. All the reports generate data at different levels, so 
you may observe different total results for each report. Please note that Geo 
Performance is also a multi attribution type report, so it may double count 
impressions and clicks, which might show differences in results. I ran a test 
query on Keywords Performance and Search Query Performance and some field 
totals matched (such as costs and clicks) but other totals differed (such as 
impressions). This is because of the aggregate of data at different levels in 
different report types. Let me know if you have further questions.

The Geo Performance Report in the AdWords API does not currently support 
reporting for Video Ads. This is the reason you are not able to view the clicks 
for video campaigns in this report. A feature request regarding your concern is 
already created internally within our team. However, we do not have any 
timeline to share when this feature will be available via API. Please keep an 
eye on our blog post as it is the best way to be aware about the new features 
of the API. Also, to clarify my previous email, the Clicks for video ads are 
still counted, but a Click does not necessarily translate into a VideoView or 
Interaction for those ads, it merely means a user clicked on the ad. For 
example, the user may have not actually watched the video ad after clicking. 
Let us know if you need any additional information.

Download UAC RT campaigns stat using adwords api

We have a problem with downloading UAC RT campaigns stat using adwords api. 
I lnow that it is not supported by old API and we should use google Ads 
instead.
But we can not do it, because it is in beta testing and we have very 
important regular process.

Can you please advise us, may be you have a workaround for such cases?

how to setup logo, image & remarketing list info in SHOPPING_GOAL_OPTIMIZED_ADS

I understand that smart shopping ads automatically support dynamic 
remarketing ads.
When making smart shopping ads through api, there is no way to register a 
logo or image.  Is there no effect on dynamic remarketing ad?
And no way to register remarketing list. Is it okay not to register?

Thank you for your answe. I need to accessmthod 
UploadClickConversion(UploadClickConversionRequest). I found all the 
examples from the C# library, also found the one with the ConversionAction. 
I did not find any example on the web that could help me create and 
authorize a ConversionUploadService with ServiceAccountCredentials and 
after that use the service to upload offline conversions using the method 
UploadClickConversions. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

Another issue would be the proxy from the company. Every request sent is 
passed through the proxy and everytime I try to call, I get  
"StatusCode=unavailbale.Detail=failed to connect to all addresses" .What 
can we do to make it work? Can you provide an endpoint for the proxy to 
ignore ? Considein that is Grpc I can't the endpoint to which google ads 
api is trying to connect. Or is there another solution?

If clicks doesn't correlate to videos, how come several other report types 
does include clicks for video campaigns? To me it seems like it's
