Could you provide more context here "source file in Google Ads account"?
For "either change ownership", if you want to change the API user account that 
managing report, then you can choose one of the login user account that has 
access to the manager account of the client account you want to generate 
report. The next step would be to generate oauth2 credentials using that login 
user account, configure it to your client library and generate refresh token. 
Lastly, generate the report again.
As for "find a way to delete (if obsolete) from their internal dashboard", if 
your concern is within your platform, then I am afraid that this is outside of 
our scope as our team doesn't have access to any platforms where Google Ads API 
is implemented. You may coordinate with your developers in order to remove the 
report in your internal dashboard.

The available size related attributes for userlists are the ones you are 
currently using :

size_for_display
size_for_search

That said, size attributes returning information for YouTube and GMail are 
currently not available in the API. However, if these are available in the 
Google Ads UI and since the UI is outside of our team's scope, you may instead 
provide our team with the complete screenshots so that we may create a feature 
request to have them available via the API.

If your screenshot would contain user/account information, you may then send 
the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this 
option is not available, you may send the details directly to our

The error INVALID_CUSTOMER_ID occurs if customer ID is invalid. When making an 
API call, you must use a client account ID as the customer Id in your request, 
while your login-customer-id is your manager account, if you're authenticating 
as a user that has access to our manager account. You can find more details

Campaigns not serving Ads

Hi,
I cannot work out why my campaigns created via API are not serving ads. 
I've tried a bunch of different bidding strategies. Set cpc/cpm bids on the 
AdGroups. 

The account has been able to serve ads in the last week (but was done via 
modifying campaigns in GoogleAds console). Trying to create DISPLAY image 
and responsive image ads.

I've ensured campaigns/adgroups/ads are enable. 

I've compared the settings (in Google Ads Console) between the API created 
campaigns and manual ones - everything looks the same.

Before proceeding to your concern, I would like to inform you first that I am 
going to remove your initial post as it contains generated logs. I will paste 
here on my reply the context of your concern instead:
"I want to change the setting language to Japanese in 
google.ads.googleads.v8.services and I sent the following request, but I get an 
error."

As for your issue, upon checking it, I can see that the temporary ID for 
campaign creation is not properly implemented. With this, instead of setting 
"/2", change it to "-2" and retry the API request again.

Let me know how it goes after trying the provided suggestions.

I appreciate your patience on this concern. I received an update from the team 
and let me share it to you.


Since the API validates queries when you make requests to the API, there would 
no longer be a need for additional validation. When making API request and 
there is an issue there, the API will return an error.

In addition, you can specify, for example, a "LIMIT 1" in the query as well to 
reduce actual returned results.

The click associated with the given GCLID isn't from the account where conversion tracking is set up

Hello,

Migrated to v8 of Google Ads API.

I have a managed account inside an MCC. The managed account uses 
cross-account tracking (that belongs to the MCC, so the effective account 
is the MCC).

I have an offline conversion tracking, that belongs to the MCC. On V6, 
there was no problem of pushing offline conversions on that tracker. 
Now, I get this error: 
"The click associated with the given GCLID isn't from the account where 
conversion tracking is set up"

This means there is no way to push offline convs on a cross-account tracker?

of API communications, both request and response?

In the Ads API the request and response appear similar to what is shown on this 
page, logging instructions for our client libraries are in our client library 
guide, you can access logging instructions by pressing the down arrow in the 
sidebar by the library of your choice and click on "Logging".

In the AdWords API the request looks like this request (look at the item 3), 
and the response looks like this. Logging instructions are in the ReadMe file 
in GitHub for each client library.

Is there any feature exacly like the TrafficEstimatorService of the AdWords 
API  in Google Ads API?

I found a feature Forecast metrics of keyword plan in Google Ads API. But 
it doesnot have a parameter to specify the campaign budget. It's not alike

After first automatic migration for ad extensions on October 20, 2021, can 
we create new account with feed based extensions in adwords API?

1). What about accounts that are created after Oct 20 ? Will we be able to 
create feed based extensions for them as well?
2). can we add feed based extension after 20th Oct for existing account 
doesn't have feed based extensions if it was not opted out?

How to fetch billable campaign cost with API/GAQL

Hello! 


Currently, I am looking for a way of getting billable cost per campaign. 
It looks like right now it's not a part of GAQL, because there is no 
mention regarding that in the documentation here -- 
[https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v8/overview?hl=en](URL).
 


It can be retrieved in Invoice, which is looking kinda weird, because if 
there is a difference on the campaign/campaign_report actual cost that will 
be invoiced, it will be better to have access to the campaign performance 
report or campaign budget report, but right now there is not any way to get 
through GAQL request.

Thanks for getting back to us with the requested information.

Upon checking the attached logs, it seems that the Add Lead Form Extension 
feature is available to allowlisted accounts only. Also, note that Lead forms 
require that the Terms of Service have been agreed to before mutates can be 
executed. That being said, as for your allowlisting concerns, I'm afraid that 
this is already out of our team's expertise. We suggest that you reach out to 
your assigned Google representative instead. If you don't have any, you can 
reach out to the Product Support team via this link and ask them to provide one.

I am afraid that managing video campaigns is currently not supported in the API 
as discussed on this document so you wouldn't be able add/update/remove this 
type of campaign using Google Ads API. However, there is an existing feature 
request for this. With this, I would suggest keeping an eye on this blog as we 
will post any relevant updates when they become supported.

How to enabling store sales integration with campaign for optimizations

Created store sale conversion action in the test account, but the store 
sales conversion action are not displayed on campaign settings .

Any help is much appreciated on this.
