StoreSalesOffline | offlineDataUploadService fails with UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

Hello Google Ads Team, 

We are getting UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR with one of our customers as 
of March 13th when we make a call to offlineDataUploadService.mutate. As 
suggested by the documentation, retrying doesn't help. The same code is 
working fine for the rest of our customers. You can find the stack trace 
below. Please let me know if you need further information.

My website bafco-reliability.com had hacking attempts few months ago and 
then it has been recovered but adwords still not allowing to run ads and 
showing policy violation issue. I have scanned and cleaned site multiple 
times and even search console not showing any issue but why i still can't 
run ads and why adwords showing policy violation issue? please suggest.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you verify that the rows that are not being 
included are in fact keyword criteria? This may be due to an intentional change 
from the AdWords API to the Ads API. The AdWords API was unintentionally 
exposing non-keyword criteria, which may explain the additional rows that you 
observed in the AdWords API. The Ads API enforces that the criterion is 
actually a keyword, and this logic matches the UI. Can you please also verify 
that the Ads API matches the Ads UI for your report?

INTERNAL_ERROR from google ads api in MutateBachJob. Please help!

Hi folks,

We're in process of migration from Adwords API to Google Ads API and we are 
experiencing internal erros from Google Ads API in some batch mutate jobs 
for bidding updates.

We have approximately 900 accounts with lots of keywords on each and we do 
bid changes daily for each account. It all works as expected in Adwords 
API. We started to migrate some accounts to use the Google Ads API and some 
of them cannot complete a MutateBatchJob for bidding updates, others do. 
For these accounts that are not working we are receiving this error message 
from the request:

Status code: 13
Details: Internal error encountered.
Failure: 
{"errors":[{"errorCode":{"internalError":"INTERNAL_ERROR"},"message":"An 
internal error has occurred."}],"requestId":"REDACTED"}  

All our requests follow the same pattern and we did not find any mistakes 
on our side. Its strange that for some accounts it works fine but for 
others don't. The same batches works 100% fine in Adwords API.

We need some help to identify where the problem is since the error message 
does not provide any additional details.

We kind of running out of time for this migration and this error at this 
moment is kind of scary.

I hope someone can help me. I can send you the soap request log that 
generates the error and any other additional information that may be 
necessary to resolve this problem.

need download this field as Google AdWords API. for my understanding field 
segments.keyword.ad_group_criterion should query from keyword_view? if yes 
could you please help guide how to map this field back to data feed 
download from ad_group_ad?

are Gbraid and Wbraid available in reporting?

Im downloading the click view report 
(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v10/click_view) and 
looks like gbraid and wbraid are not included.

How can i download these clicks in a report?

Thanks for filing the feature request! 

Just to clarify, we have no temporary reporting setup. What we need to 
migrate to the Google Ads API is either:

A. For you to simply enable us to query the geographic_view report for the 
geo_target_most_specific_location together with top_impression_percentage 
and absolute_top_impression_percentage
B. OR ideally add support for the above to the user_location_view report.

Ok, but how can I get the relationship between a placement form de
detail_placement_view and the managed_placement_view if in the second one
the only one field is the resource name?

I need to do a request to detail_placement_view and then get the info about
if it is excluded or not for the managed_placement_view. The resource_name
form detail_placement_view will coincide with the resource name from
managed_placement_view?

Google Ads API taxes

Hi,
Could you please help me or give me some cues for retrieving taxes 
information via google ads api.

I need somehow to get data about google ads account taxes for given period 
and i only found one way to do this for accounts with monthly invoices 
enabled via invoice resource.
But i need to get this info for all types of accounts not only for that 
with monthly invoicing type of payments. Could you please help me?
