As per the reply,
- Accounts where the segment Network(with search partners) is NOT available 
in the drop down list, are Display campaigns. and,
- Accounts where the segment Network(with search partners) is available in 
the drop down list, are Search campaigns.

I got this point. But if this is the case, how does the segment 
Network(with search partners) applies to Display campaigns by the AdWords 
API call?
Because we are getting data for Display campaigns by applying this segments 
in the API call.

Thank you for your help.

I found that segment Network(with search partners) is available in the drop 
down, when i select another account's keywords. I mean this segment is 
available in Keywords tab's download options only for some accounts and not 
for all. 

Is there any setting by which we can enable this segment for all the 
accounts?

Below are the steps i followed to get Keyword Report for an account. 

   - After login, i go to Campaigns tab. 
   - In Campaigns Report, I click on the particular account for which i

   that account; along with the left bar having different options like - 
   Campaigns, Ad Groups, Ads and Extensions, Landing pages, Keywords,

   - Within this report, i am trying to download report with applying 
   multiple segments, where i couldn't find Network(with search partners)


Can you please confirm, these steps are correct to get the Keyword

Could not apply AdNetworkType2 segment to Keyword Performence Report

Hi,

We are downloading Keyword Performence Report data by calling its API. In 
code, we have applied below 4 segments to the report. - 

· AdNetworkType2

· Device

· ClickType

· Date


This is working correctly.

Now we are trying to generate similar report from AdWords UI side. For this 
we go to Campaigns tab -> then Keywords tab (from left side panel). Here we 
have to download report with same fields and similar segments. For this we 
click on Download icon -> select segments. The segment dropdown doesn't 
contain AdNetworkType2 or Network (with search partners) field.

Can you please help me, how can I apply AdNetworkType2 segment to the 
report?

Also while applying more than 3 segments, its showing message 'If you 
include multiple segments, your download may not be completed'. Can I get 
correct data after applying 4 segments?

We are pulling Video Performance report data. We have observed a case where 
views are returning 0 but Video played to 25/50/75/100 % has values greater 
than 0.

I searched for similar topics in forum and found below info,

Thank you for your reply.
I was getting this error for Ad Performance Report when I am trying to get 
data with DateRangeType set as ALL_TIME and IncludeZeroImpression =True.

But as zero impression is not supported for Ad Performance Report, I set 
IncludeZeroImpression to false. Also I remove the 'Date' field from 
reportDefinitionFields. Now the report is fetching data.

Hi AdWords Team,

We are getting below error when trying to download data for Ad Performance 
Report for DateRangeType as ALL_TIME and with includeZeroImpressions = true

"The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be 
kept alive was closed by the server."
Status : KeepAliveFailure


We are getting above error while calling ReportUtilities.getResponse() 
method.

The data is getting downloaded when trying with custom date range.

Can you please help ASAP to resolve this issue.

Hi Anthony,

We are getting this issue intermittently only on server machine and not 
from local machine. Also we haven't logged the SOAP request. So it is hard 
for us to get the same SOAP request which is giving error.

Can you please give exact cause of *CustomerError.TEMPORARY* and 
*CustomerError.UNKNOWN 
*errors? We haven't found this in documentation.

Same was working till wednesday. Is there any change happened from API?

and it has non-zero values.

So now we can say that,

"includeZeroImpressions = false represents,
rows are excluded only if all specified metric fields along with 
impressions in the query have zero values."

If you really want to *only* get rows where the Impressions field is not 
zero, consider excluding zero impressions with a predicate

With this consideration report should not return any rows with all metric's 
value is zero; when includeZeroImpressions is set to false.

Hi AdWords team,

We have set AdWordsAppConfig's property IncludeZeroImpressions to False in 
the code as shown below,

  AdWordsUser user = new AdWordsUser();
   AdWordsAppConfig config = user.Config as AdWordsAppConfig;
  config.IncludeZeroImpressions = False

But we are getting some rows with zero impressions. From API we are gettimg 
more no. of zero impression rows as compared by code.

But can you please verify why Reporting service is returning the some no. 
of zero impression rows?

Hi Anthony,

I have excluded zero impression by setting *IncludeZeroImpressions* to 
False in HTTP header.

*IsNegative *and *KeywordId* fields do not support zero impressions. But as 
stated in documentation, "*Zero impression rows are implicitly excluded 
when a report request contains any field that does not support zero 
impressions.*". 

So, with these fields also, report behavior will be same.

After removing fields KeywordId,Date,AdNetworkType2,IsNegative; I am 
getting paused campaign (as given in private message), which has data for 
columns - *Pages / visit  *and  *Avg. visit duration (seconds). *

So Do you have any idea why this row is getting excluded?

I have already applied the predicate for CampaignStatus 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#campaignstatus>.
 
But still it won't work. 

Today after some research i found that; this is happening because of 
segments available in report fields. When i tried fetching report fields 
without any segment, I am getting data for PAUSED campaigns. Is this a 
normal behavior of AdWords report, or am I missed somewhere?

If this is a normal behavior of AdWords report; is there any other way to 
get PAUSED and REMOVED campaigns with segments included in report fields?

Why can't I get PAUSED, REMOVED campaigns from AdWords Report by using predicate?

Currently I am getting all the Enabled campaigns for Ad Performance Report. 
While on the API front end, i can find paused campaigns for same account. 

>From existing questions; i would get to know that i can get PAUSED and 
REMOVED campaigns by applying the predicate. So, I have applied a predicate 
like,
CampaignStatus - IN - { "ENABLED", "PAUSED", "REMOVED" }

Still i am not getting PAUSED and REMOVED campaigns from the report. I also 
tried applying predicate for Status to CampaignService; but no luck.

Can you please help me to get a solution for this?

Thank you Anthony for the quick reply.

Now we can fetch AdGroupName from the video report itself. That's a good 
news for us. Is there any specific reason of not adding Ad name in the 
Video Performance report? 

We know the hierarchy for normal campaigns but we didn't understand the 
hierarchy of ads, videos for video campaigns. Can you please provide 
information or its documentation link?

How to get Ad group name and Ad name for video campaigns from AdWords?

I am downloading the video performance report data from AdWords api. I want 
to get Ad Group name and Ad name in the output data. But these fields are 
not available in the report fields.Instead the report has Ad group Id and 
Ad Id (CreativeId).

I need to get Ad Group Name and Ad name for video campaigns. But Adwords 
team has stated, we cannot retrieve campaigns,adgroups by SOAP services for 
video campaigns

Can i get these values from Ad Performance report for the required account 
ids and then merge these values with output data of Video Performance 
report? But i am not sure about whether Ad Performance report can return 
data for Ad Group name and Ad name every time for token related to video 
data.

Is there any other approach to get these names?
