Hi Dannison, I request you to bring it to the notice of your dev ops team. The job id's that I already shared should be sufficient to check this. This is a recurring issue with the Bulk Job API, and I humbly request the team to have better monitoring in place to detect issues like this. Hi Team, I'm experiencing the same thing as well. The BatchJob is always in "AWAITING_FILE" status and after the max_poll_attempt the job times out. The last successful BatchJobUpdate was around 2:20pm PST. Here's a Job ID that timed out: 947122783. Please help investigate and let us know when it's back available.
